We partnered with the leading OEM for ultrasonic sand detectors, and our local team of experts have installed and continue to maintain hundreds of DSP particle monitors in the industry. Our Sand Solutions Department offer remote sand detection and monitoring service as well as Sand check and sand removal services.

Sand Monitoring can be simple when sand production is low enough to ignore. However, it can also be very a difficult and frustrating process, while mistakes can be both dangerous and expensive. INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING

ClampOn sand detectors are designed to be simple; easy to install, easy to operate, and easy to maintain. They are configured and calibrated to be give accurate readings of produced sand. Initial installation is critical as the sensors need to be calibrated and commissioned properly.

Aftrac Engineers are available to install, as well as for regular service visits to your site after testing and commissioning.
