Aftrac Limited has offered sand monitoring products, support and service since 2000. We partnered with the leading OEM for ultrasonic sand detectors, and our local team of experts have installed and continue to maintain hundreds of ultrasonic particle monitors in the industry. Our Sand Solutions Department offer remote sand detection and monitoring service as well as sand check and sand removal services.

Aftrac’s Early Production Facilities combine our proven equipment and leading technical solutions to deliver high performance production facilities where and when needed. As a result our clients benefit from flexible modular designs, extensive in-house experience, and efficient mobilisation for rapid commercialisation of your oil and gas discoveries.

Our Procurement, Installation and Commissioning services are executed in collaboration with our technical partner KC Global Procurement along with our local engineers and experts. From process design for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems, to procurement of the items from our global procurement partner. 

We offer construction and installation to pre- commissioning activities, right up to start-up and final commissioning. All this is done to precise customer requirements and specifications.

Water that is produced with oil must be disposed in an environmentally satisfactory and efficient manner.

Aftrac provides effluent water discharge and wastewater treatment solutions. Based on our clients specific requirement our modular packaged equipment is suited to meet client expectation. Our system and technology is designed to remove oil from water efficiently and meet the standards for discharge and disposal in salt water disposal from oil and gas operations.

Aftrac has partnered with Cargostore to provide a wide range of DNV offshore containers for lease or purchase. All containers are certified to a DNV 2.7-1 standard and come with a DNV sling. The Containers range from standard Offshore Containers to DNV Tanks, Half height containers and Baskets. 

Cargostore are the world’s largest supplier of DNV Offshore Reefer Containers and the only company currently offering the 20ft Dual Voltage, Twin Room Reefer unit.
